Overview & Details

Italian Law no. 104 of 1992 grants workers with severe disabilities the right to benefit from three days of paid leave each month, or alternatively two hours of daily leave. The same protection is also provided for employees caring for a family member with a severe disability, who can take advantage of three days of paid monthly leave, which can also be used on an hourly basis.
